I’m very disappointed with the behavior and professionalism of the security guard named siraj at grosvenor commercial tower dubai. Despite his position, he does not seem to understand how to carry out his duties effectively. He lacks basic communication skills and does not know how to speak respectfully with rvisitors. His attitude is unprofessional, and he appears careless in managing his responsibilities. Security personnel should create a sense of safety and support — unfortunately, Naveen’s conduct reflects the opposite. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses this issue promptly. Thank you.

This is not a minor issue, and it's affecting not just me but potentially other staff as well. I've seen many people struggling with this issue, and it's unacceptable that it's not being taken seriously. I request that you treat this matter with urgency and priority. The guards hired to do the security checks for international flights need to be trained better at standardized operating procedures. The pictured guard got emotional and threatening after I told him the process for what you can take and cannot take in is stupid. Homeboy felt like I called him stupid personally. I was allowed to take in 2 waters but my wife wasn’t allowed to take in a sealed red bull that we literally just bought. F that I argued with them and took the red bull in with me. Company needs to train these guys at customer service and maybe an English class or two. If anyone from this company cares I’d be happy to provide more info.

Very disrespectful behaviour from your security at vfs in wafi mall. Treat them some manners we pay the fee to come their. They are bullying the visitors.
