The most important thing: my issue has been resolved, no more pain or uncertainty. Dr. Bayer is brilliant: after the initial assessment he explained options available and the way procedures will be carried out. He was open and transparent about risks, pain and recovery procedure (pain free surgery is matter for Star Trek). After I made an informed decision on next steps his brilliant team arranged everything from insurance, to hospital booking, to appointment with anaesthesiologist. The surgery was, I think good (I was asleep, so cannot comment). The recovery after about a week of suffering and pills was nice. The great thing though was that Dr. Bayer was in contact with me every day providing reassurance, giving tips on dealing with the healing process and virtually hand-holding me while my body healed. Post-surgery care was as great as explanation. I have read some of the reviews and must say - if you have a "not so minor issue" where you need a truly professional care: there is no better option than Dr. Bayer.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Prof. Ralf Herwig. For five years, I suffered from a rare medical condition, and during this long journey I visited countless doctors — there wasn’t a doctor I didn’t consult. I even traveled abroad to Europe seeking treatment, but unfortunately none of them could truly help me the way Prof. Herwig did. If you are searching for the best doctor in Urology, Andrology, and Male Fertility, I can honestly say that Prof. Ralf Herwig is one of the greatest. He helped me solve a serious kidney-related issue that I had been struggling with for years. Other doctors advised me to remove my kidney, but thanks to God first, and then thanks to Prof. Herwig’s knowledge and skills, I was able to keep my kidney. He successfully treated my extremely narrow ureter, which no doctor in my country was able to treat. Prof. Herwig is not only highly professional and experienced, but also caring, honest, and truly dedicated to his patients. I strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for the right specialist and wants real results. Thank you, Prof. Ralf Herwig, for giving me hope and improving my life.

Visiting the German Medical Center the first time was an unexpected experience. The positive, everyone was very friendly, including the practitioner, and everything was clean. The negative, after a 1.5h consultation the issue I came for still hasn't been addressed. Coming for a relatively mild issue, and ending up with a 1.5h consultation on my overall well being and several proposed therapies was not what I was expecting. I'd recommend for the future to brief the patient in advance that the appointment has a different scope than the issue he's coming for. Additionally, if you state in your mail covered insurances, but after 1.5h in an appointment it's mentioned the services are not covered by insurances, is something to be mentioned in advance. Especially if the service provided was never requested. Even though I believe the Center and staff is doing their best, there is a communication gap and should be strongly improved.

Extremely disappointing experience with Ashraf Kamel as he doesn’t deserve the title " Dr ". The clinic itself is very small, more like an apartment, yet they seem to have an overwhelming number of doctors working there, which makes the whole place feel chaotic and poorly managed. We came in with an urgent case (we booked our appointment- not walk in) and ended up waiting for over an hour with no proper communication or updates. What made it worse is how unprofessional Ashraf Kamel was, instead of addressing us directly, he sent a nurse to inform us that he had an "emergency," while he was clearly present and observing our reaction from a distance. This level of disrespect and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patients come in vulnerable and in need of care. We ended up leaving without receiving any treatment. I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic.

Dr. Diethart Bayer has done fistula surgery. He is highly experienced. He is very practical in dealing the patient. He keeps the patient in very comfort level. Just by seeing and talking to him patient will get confidence in his treatment.

The first and probably the only true clinic in Dubai, after 7 years that I live in this city. Excellent medicine practice from people who care and know what they are doing. I had a surgery performed from Dr. Diethart Bayer, one of the best doctors I’ve met in my life, (I’m 39). I had a good experience with Dr Ashraf before. But recently I went to see Dr Kai and they charged me 8k AED for whole battery of tests that turned to be "inconclusive". Then, they wanted 13k AED for a procedure. Luckily I requested a second opinion from a different clinic and solved my problem within 2 days thanks to antibiotics treatment. I felt like they cared more about making money than actually treating patients. Of course coordination with insurance is inexistant. They give the form and your are on your own. Reimbursement is unlikely as the insurance in my case stated :" test not required for medical condition." no wonder there is direct billing with them.
