I had an excellent experience. It was my wedding week on short notice and the company provided me with very fair prices. Be cautious using other providers as they might try and cheat you. Pilot and Car is well known, trustworthy, and will do their best to give you the best price they can. The car was a high quality BMW 7 series and the driver drove very carefully allowing us to enjoy the moment. The car was extremely clean and well maintained. I highly reccomend their services whether you are a foreigner or a local!

Pilot and Car connected me with a great Chauffeur. We opted for the Rolls Royce, and it came exactly as shown in the photos. Our chauffeur Zeeshan even let us take photos with the car afterwards! He came 15 minutes before the requested time, and we met him outside our terminal. The car is a little older, so if you want something besides the radio selection bring an AUX cord for music. Highly recommend if you have the means, the sound system is top notch. The car itself was extremely spacious and came with new bottles of water and tissues to recover from the flight. A must have smooth ride in style while making the long trek into Dubai from the airport.

I’ve been a customer for over two years and always rent from you. I’ve recommended you to many friends, but unfortunately, today I had a terrible experience with my friend, whom I advised to use this app. He finished his trip and went to return the car at the Al Barsha location around 9:00 PM. The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told us there was a smell of smoking inside the car, and I explained that it was from my friend, as he smoking outside, not inside the car, and the air conditioning recirculates the air. However, he refused to listen and refused to accept the car, telling us to go to another location, even though this was the only one near my house. I called customer service, and they spoke to him, but he didn’t change his mind. We finally went and washed the car, wasting our time because of the employee’s stubbornness and bad behavior. When we returned it after washing, he was still very rude. When I told him I was a regular customer and that this was my friend, whom I had recommended, he told me not to rent from you again and yelled at us.

I had a very disappointing experience with eZhire. An amount was deducted from my card for a traffic fine without properly verifying whether the fine actually belonged to my rental period. I had to personally follow up multiple times to prove that the fine was not mine. I raised the case on 11 March, and instead of resolving it quickly, I kept receiving responses asking me to wait 24–48 hours again and again, even after already waiting more than 72 hours. What is frustrating is that the company was able to charge my card immediately, but when it came to correcting their mistake and processing the refund, the process kept getting delayed. The bigger concern is the lack of proper verification before charging customers. If I had not followed up on this issue, the money would have simply been gone from my card. What if I had assumed the fine was actually from my rental period and never questioned it? While the support agent was polite, the overall process and internal handling of the issue was extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to chase the company to fix mistakes that were not theirs. I strongly recommend that the company improve their verification and refund processes before charging customers for fines.

Very bad experience. I rented a car and got a 2022 model with low fuel, a terrible smell inside, damage on the outside, and no reverse camera. I complained right away and was told the car would be replaced with a better one. No one called me back, and nothing happened. This company is very unprofessional. I will never rent from them again

Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off. Took a taxi today from the Miracle Garden to Loco Bear. Said we would pay the same price as the RTA taxis. No meter. Charged double the price and when I challenged the price saying it was too expensive and not the same as RTA he locked the doors in the car saying that was the price. Two adult females and a child in the car. Disgusting behaviour. Completely dishonest with no integrity. Don’t use.

A driver from this company occupied an RTA parking spot without paying and refused to leave when asked. I waited nearly 15 minutes while contacting enforcement. Eventually, the individual left, making sarcastic remarks telling me to «take pictures of the car». I had gotten the company contact details from RTA and when I called they said they would look into it and call me back. The company never returned, and the situation was handled poorly overall. I hope management has since addressed this behavior, as it reflects badly on the company’s professionalism and respect for public parking rules.

We rented this car from this company from the Dubai Marina to the JBR Beach. We asked the driver to show the meter. It was 5 AED at start point then by the time we got to our destination to the JBR Beach he charged us 73 AED. For only a 10 min drive. It is a scam, ripped you off!! Do not take this company for your transportation in Dubai ever! Warning do not use this company. They should be put out of business for not being honest and taking people for their money!!!! I am completely discussed !!!! 😡

I accidentally left my wallet in a Starlet Limousine car today and after a brief moment of panic we called and spoke to Mr M Aamir, the operations and Fleet supervisor. He quickly found out who our driver was, contacted him and confirmed the wallet was still in the car. He was extremely helpful and we are very grateful for his prompt assistance in getting the wallet returned to us. We used Diamond Chauffeur several times during our trip — airport transfers, a 10-hour daily service, and another transfer day — and overall the service was excellent. They handled our 2:40 AM departing flight with no problem at all, showing up on time and making everything seamless. Across the trip, we experienced three different cars and drivers, all of which were clean, comfortable, and professional. We did have one hiccup with a driver arriving late one day, but management immediately apologized and handled it well. Every other time, the drivers were actually early. Highly recommend their services — depending on your plans, it can make more sense to hire a driver for the day rather than use Uber, especially for flexibility and convenience. I’ll definitely use Diamond Chauffeur again when we return to Dubai!

I had troubles finding a chauffeur to transport me to Abu Dhabi from Dubai, however the admin I spoke to was incredibly cooperative and helpful. I had trouble finding transport on such short notice of 3 hours, although i was able to book a ride at 3:30pm, the process was quick and efficient. The chauffeur is polite and was willing to wait due to delays in the event I was attending. Ride quality is excellent, throughout the journey there were no mishaps and complications. Additionally the car is well kept, clean and luxurious. The ride is smooth and the driver is very skilled in navigating the road. Disappointed with my experience. The company actively shares promotions, but once I requested a booking, calls and WhatsApp messages were no longer answered. This lack of response was frustrating and unprofessional. After sharing my experience publicly, I was contacted by the company and asked to remove the review, with references made to possible legal consequences under UAE law. This added to my frustration, as it makes it difficult for customers to be honest and transparent about a negative personal experience.
