Disappointed with my experience. The company actively shares promotions, but once I requested a booking, calls and WhatsApp messages were no longer answered. This lack of response was frustrating and unprofessional. After sharing my experience publicly, I was contacted by the company and asked to remove the review, with references made to possible legal consequences under UAE law. This added to my frustration, as it makes it difficult for customers to be honest and transparent about a negative personal experience.

Vehicle was clean, spacious and baby friendly. Driver was on time, polite, helpful and we reached dubai safely. May Allah bless him.
