I’ve had a terrible experience with this maintenance company. Service is extremely delayed, it takes three hours or more (still waiting) just to arrange the right team, and even then, no one shows up or can give us an answer. There’s no accountability, and calls go unanswered. The capability, especially in the evening and night shifts, is simply not acceptable. Overall, the service is unreliable and unprofessional.

Our experience with Al Sherawi Facilities Management has been extremely disappointing. In a situation that required urgent attention, it took the company more than two and a half hours merely to assemble an emergency response team, with further delays before any action was taken. For a facilities management provider, such delays in addressing critical issues are unacceptable. Effective facilities management requires reliability, accountability, and timely responsiveness — unfortunately, these qualities were lacking in our experience. I would not recommend Al Sherawi for any residence or property that requires dependable management or emergency support.

Very bad maintenance service. For a month nobody didn't come to fix hot water boiler. For 2 weeks I was calling almost every day and every day they: - first of all were telling me that will call me back to inform ( and obviously nobody called me back); - second, were telling me that will come tomorrow morning, and nobody didn't come.

The customer service is really good and Mr. Salvin cb from customer service was really helpful with my A/c problem I would like to to thank him and say we appreciate what you did thank you.

I wish i can give a thumb down for those guys not professional, no respect for the client, fake appointments and excuses. Simply those guys don't want to work never ever recommend them to anybody
