Amazing, fast, polite, and honest service! I’d been trying to get rid of my fridge for over a month. A previous removal company came but couldn’t take it out because my building required my landlord’s permission. I still paid them, and they promised to finish the job later — but once I got the permission, their WhatsApp name changed, and they stopped replying. So I was nervous to try another service. But this guy showed up within an hour of my request on a Friday night, accepted a bank transfer, and didn’t even ask for payment right away. Super reliable, great integrity, and such a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience! The service was excellent and right on time. They told me it would take 20 minutes, but they arrived in just 10 minutes, which was a great surprise. All the staff were very professional and friendly. I am really happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.🙏🙏🙏🙏

They arrived within 10 minutes and were very polite. They removed all the junk perfectly. Would recommend to use. Good price too, very easy send a WhatsApp with a photo and location, get quoted a price and done. Very efficient.

The guys were so efficient- they took all the garden waste and were really friendly and helpful. A great service! Thanks so much!

Excellent service! I am very happy with the experience. The team responded almost immediately after my inquiry and was always quick to reply to messages. They were also flexible with pricing and helped find a solution that worked for us. They arrived exactly on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything professionally. The furniture removal process was smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free. It is refreshing to work with a company that values its customers’ time and delivers exactly what it promises. Thank you very much! I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely seamless service. I contacted them and did not expect the pickup to happen so quickly, but they arrived within around 30 minutes to an hour and handled everything without any hassle. After dealing with another company that kept cancelling on me since Thursday, this was such a relief. The person who came for the pickup was very friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. I’m genuinely very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable junk removal company.

I’m extremely satisfied with the wardrobe dismantling service carried out in both my bedroom and bathroom. The team was professional, efficient, and very attentive to detail from start to finish. What really stood out was their care during the dismantling process — they made sure not to damage the walls or the existing wallpaper, which is often a concern with this type of work. Everything was handled with precision and respect for the property. They worked quickly without compromising quality, cleaned thoroughly after the job, and took care of removing and disposing of all materials, leaving the space completely clean and ready to use. A reliable and skilled team that I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free and professional service.

Highly recommend Junk Busters, they are extremely professional and swift. Made the call at 11:00 they arrived by 11:30 and were done by 12. Will definetly be using them in the near future!

I am more than happy to recommend Ghulam Ali and his team at Junk Busters and Furniture Removal. I contacted Ghulam Ali earlier in the day to pick up a bed and shelf to deliver it to my place. Not only did he deliver the bed a couple hours later, but he helped put it together. After they completed the job and left, I contacted again them a few hours later to remove the old bed. He promptly returned and removed it for me. They were hard workers, flexible, and professional. Thank you, Ghulam Ali, for all your help today! 🙏🏼

The service was fast and reliable. The guys were very professional. Highly recommended!

These guys are professional, it just took a WhatsApp message and they showed up on time, answered questions plainly, and the quoted price was very reasonable for the great job that they did. They are knowledgeable in disassembling the furniture so they finished the job in less than an hour, considering that they moved several furniture and removed junk for me. Irfan is very easy to talk to and the crew were professional and courteous. Book them if you need something moved or if you want to declutter!

The best service and team to help us move and pick up furniture. The team go above and beyond to help set up/put together whatever items you may be moving. Will use time and time again 🙂

Fahad shmala they did nice job When you want to sift Aur remove contact them they are very nice

I’ve had a terrible experience with this maintenance company. Service is extremely delayed, it takes three hours or more (still waiting) just to arrange the right team, and even then, no one shows up or can give us an answer. There’s no accountability, and calls go unanswered. The capability, especially in the evening and night shifts, is simply not acceptable. Overall, the service is unreliable and unprofessional.

Our experience with Al Sherawi Facilities Management has been extremely disappointing. In a situation that required urgent attention, it took the company more than two and a half hours merely to assemble an emergency response team, with further delays before any action was taken. For a facilities management provider, such delays in addressing critical issues are unacceptable. Effective facilities management requires reliability, accountability, and timely responsiveness — unfortunately, these qualities were lacking in our experience. I would not recommend Al Sherawi for any residence or property that requires dependable management or emergency support.

Mr Suprajith, our technician in Discovery Gardens, many thanks for the quick and efficient service! You were efficient, polite and professional and removed the issue quickly! Many thanks! Ms Dora

Professional team, it was my pleasure to deal with Mr. Ummair, helpful and knowledgeable.

Very bad maintenance service. For a month nobody didn’t come to fix hot water boiler. For 2 weeks I was calling almost every day and every day they: – first of all were telling me that will call me back to inform ( and obviously nobody called me back); – second, were telling me that will come tomorrow morning, and nobody didn’t come.

The customer service is really good and Mr. Salvin cb from customer service was really helpful with my A/c problem I would like to to thank him and say we appreciate what you did thank you.

I wish i can give a thumb down for those guys not professional, no respect for the client, fake appointments and excuses. Simply those guys don’t want to work never ever recommend them to anybody

Fantastic experience, Highly recommended Price is very reasonable Thank you so much for today❤️

Worst ever. They told 200 on messaging and once they reached they are asking for 400. Just wasted my 2 hours of time coordinating with the watsap guy and their driver

Amazing service. Super fast, and got my sofa out in less than an hour from when I called them.

Excellent service, came to pick up the old appliance within 2 hours for a very reasonable price

Great service and professional. They came the same day I called within 2 hours everything I wanted to get rid off was taken.

The team was amazing — it was a tough job replacing all the mirrors, kitchen cabinets, and libraries, but they handled it exceptionally well. They removed everything carefully and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I would highly recommend them.

Super quick, very reliable and quick and easy service! Will use again for sure!

I recently interacted with an employee…… regarding a quotation request. I requested quotations for two different options, but the response I received was unprofessional and not aligned with good customer service standards. The employee stated that the system only allows one quotation and expressed frustration, insisting that I specify exactly what I need. While I understand the limitations of the system, I believe that customers may request multiple quotations to evaluate options and make the best decision. In my opinion, even when faced with repetitive requests, employees should communicate politely, calmly, and professionally with the customer. Angrily insisting or discouraging a customer is not appropriate and can negatively affect customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve communication and ensure a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

The best waste management team in UAE. Collection arrange within 24 hours. Customer friendly team. Highly appreciate their service. Thank you

Hallo Beeah how are you I’m Veolia Same to you 😀

I called the Beeah customer service for ÿou call, we Haul»» service to pick up some old furniture items in good condition from Al zahia in Sharjah. But the lady at the call centre told me that they do not have this service for our area but have it for all of Sharjah. This is absolutely ridiculous as Beeah should be offering this service equally for the whole of Sharjah and all its residents without any discrimination.I am really shocked at this extremely poor level of service from Beeah.
