Today May 8 2026 Mr Hassan Shami and Mr Sharukh Khan gave my wife and I the best service we have ever had at a telecom store. It can be frustrating sometimes dealing with account problems, especially with business accounts, but these gentlemen really gave us amazing customer service. If I was the CEO of Du, these guys should get a promotion in the highest recognition. Anywhere where these guys go, they are an asset. My property was not properly set up to receive a fibre internet connection, which made it a difficult job for du to activate my package. Despite this, I had several visits from helpful technicians who worked hard to identify the issue, pull new cables, and install the connection. However, none of it would have been possible without the coordination and support of Hidayath at the Dubai Mall du store. He was in constant communication with me, arranging visits, keeping me updated on next steps, and even helping on his day off. I hugely appreciate his help and support. Frustrating Experience – No Support or Accountability We chose Yeastar based on the promise of Zoho integration and scalability, but unfortunately, the support from their local partner, Vector Digital Systems LLC, has been disappointing. Even after weeks, the basic integration between Yeastar and Zoho Desk remains incomplete. There’s been no timeline, no follow-up, and no accountability from their side. Every time we follow up, the standard response is: «We’ll let you know once the issue is solved.» That’s not support — that’s avoidance. When investing in a telephony solution for business operations, reliability and post-sales support are everything. Sadly, that’s exactly what’s lacking here. We expected proactive support and transparency — instead, we’re stuck chasing updates. I hope Yeastar evaluates their partner standards more strictly, because this experience does not reflect well on the brand.

REPOST After Magtel reply on Grand stream telephone systems .You can refer the below response from MAGTEL which clearly proves they incompetent with their services, they blames the issue now as the cabling and outdated systems. If the same has been raised during the quoting time, implementation, and other visit we would have definitely considered the same , At no point they communicated this matter with anybody and since we have reviewed in google it a standard response has been provided other than addressing to the main point . Also we had asked them to check our systems last month via mail no response. that too during 6 months of purchase. OLD POST Terrible aftersales experience, We had replaced our telephones and EPBX systems to Grandstream machine 6 months back. we would not recommend this brand or this vendor to anybody as the quality of calls after device change has dropped badly and also the calls are getting dropped every now and then. This Vendor Magtel technician visited us and told that there is no such issue. We had arranged etisalat technician to sort this issue, they visited twice and confirmed the issue is with the non supporting device which has been installed by Magtel systems. we have tried to get in touch with them via mail and follow up mails ,no body turned up. This is kind of support they are providing even during the warranty period.

HTC Magic repaired … Super talented guy This process was not even available in most popular shop of 2009 zam zam but this guy Fajar repaired it for me … He made his own JTAG connector and unbricked my first android phone with android 1.6 donut. Inshallah once I will visit Dubai I am gonna meet him I have another HTC Magic bricked sitting for years 🤣 waiting to go to Dubai

Sorry to say really bad experience I want to raise a serious concern regarding a false promise made by your representative Mr Govind about paying a commission and fake offer’s just to get sales . Such conduct may amount to fraud under Article 451 of the UAE Penal Code and could lead to civil claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, or agency liability. I have valid electronic evidence against him, including chat messages, and voice notes, which meet the legal standards under Federal Decree – Law No. (46) of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services and the Law of Evidence in Civil and Commercial Transactions. I have already raised a legal case with Etisalat’s legal department today. They have requested me to send all relevant proof and details, which I am preparing to submit. I hope prompt action will be taken. Thank you for your attention.

Don’t go with this team , i am trapped. what they promised to me they cannot give the same offer. after porting from Du service to Etisalat, i have to pay extra payment in Du converted to Etisalat also they did not give the same offer what they promised, after that i complaint to Etisalat they said this kind of offer does not exist , from Etisalat side they given refund also i migrated to Du again. Don’t believe this people One guys there Mr Ibrahim , they will say its activated but if call Etisalat customer service you can prove that not yet activated any offer. so guys don’t go with them they will cheat sure. i am the experience guy.

I registered for a business mobile postpaid line with Etisalat and the person who came to register the biometric allowed me to choose the mobile number hence i selected the mobile and he said it will be activated within 2 hours. When i checked the following day, he has registered a difference mobile number and not the one i selected. I raised the concerned to Etisalat via there what’s app and they asked me to wait for an update and now 2 days they are not responding to me. Very poor service and im very much frustrated and thinking to cancel the business plan. I need an update ASAP.

Most horrible and poorest service i have ever met in my life. Their service after sale is below zero, they will promised you to call back in 5 minutes to address your concerned but will never call you back till you get back to them. Don’t get trapped to them, they really tarnished the image of Etisalat.

Worst service provider. I am not sure How Etisalat UAE has appointed them as their channel partner. They put two internet accounts in our company instead of renewing the existing account and they don’t even care to answer the call and acting like it is our mistake. If anyone from this company approaches you with any kind of offer beware that it is a scam to put you into serious Issues and Troubles. They do not have any Idea about Etisalat Services.

Terrible Experience This company is extremely rude and uses dishonest tactics to pressure customers. They falsely claimed that my Etisalat bill would increase if I didn’t renew my contract through them. However, when I contacted Etisalat directly, I found out this was completely untrue. It’s clear they use these lies just to make a sale. When I informed their representative that my contract was already renewed directly with Etisalat, she rudely hung up on me without saying a word. I do not recommend dealing with them. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of honesty are unacceptable.

This company calls them no. 1 partner of Etisalat but in reality they are scammers , their representatives will take info from different places that someone is shifting flat or Villa they will send WhatsApp from some no. Which will start with 04 then they will offer you 200 aed if you take connection from them they will call you and follow up daily and once you take the connection and ask for your 200 aed they will first say that you will get once you make your first payment , then they will start making excuses, and after sometime they will stop taking your calls . They have haired some ladies to do these scams

To All real estate agents do not deal with this agency, they commit commissions after sales do not turn up on promises. This girl Rimsha promised me after sales commissions but never did.
