Frustrating Experience – No Support or Accountability We chose Yeastar based on the promise of Zoho integration and scalability, but unfortunately, the support from their local partner, Vector Digital Systems LLC, has been disappointing. Even after weeks, the basic integration between Yeastar and Zoho Desk remains incomplete. There’s been no timeline, no follow-up, and no accountability from their side. Every time we follow up, the standard response is: "We’ll let you know once the issue is solved." That’s not support — that’s avoidance. When investing in a telephony solution for business operations, reliability and post-sales support are everything. Sadly, that’s exactly what’s lacking here. We expected proactive support and transparency — instead, we’re stuck chasing updates. I hope Yeastar evaluates their partner standards more strictly, because this experience does not reflect well on the brand.
