This is the best Du branch! Mr. Brang and Ms Maria was really helpful, they know what they are doing, very knowledgable of their work, will guide & explain the details and solve the problem! Keep up the great work! ( far from the the worst branch in al ghurair! definitely worth the drive even if its far from home)

My SIM card was frozen due to long inactivity. One Filipino lady , Mariam (if I remember her name correctly) at the Wafi Mall branch was very patient, helpful, and explained everything clearly. She helped me reactivate my SIM, and the whole process was smooth. Excellent customer service, she was very helpful. Thanks!
