REPOST After Magtel reply on Grand stream telephone systems .You can refer the below response from MAGTEL which clearly proves they incompetent with their services, they blames the issue now as the cabling and outdated systems. If the same has been raised during the quoting time, implementation, and other visit we would have definitely considered the same , At no point they communicated this matter with anybody and since we have reviewed in google it a standard response has been provided other than addressing to the main point . Also we had asked them to check our systems last month via mail no response. that too during 6 months of purchase. OLD POST Terrible aftersales experience, We had replaced our telephones and EPBX systems to Grandstream machine 6 months back. we would not recommend this brand or this vendor to anybody as the quality of calls after device change has dropped badly and also the calls are getting dropped every now and then. This Vendor Magtel technician visited us and told that there is no such issue. We had arranged etisalat technician to sort this issue, they visited twice and confirmed the issue is with the non supporting device which has been installed by Magtel systems. we have tried to get in touch with them via mail and follow up mails ,no body turned up. This is kind of support they are providing even during the warranty period.
