I recently interacted with an employee...... regarding a quotation request. I requested quotations for two different options, but the response I received was unprofessional and not aligned with good customer service standards. The employee stated that the system only allows one quotation and expressed frustration, insisting that I specify exactly what I need. While I understand the limitations of the system, I believe that customers may request multiple quotations to evaluate options and make the best decision. In my opinion, even when faced with repetitive requests, employees should communicate politely, calmly, and professionally with the customer. Angrily insisting or discouraging a customer is not appropriate and can negatively affect customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve communication and ensure a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

I called the Beeah customer service for ÿou call, we Haul"" service to pick up some old furniture items in good condition from Al zahia in Sharjah. But the lady at the call centre told me that they do not have this service for our area but have it for all of Sharjah.This is absolutely ridiculous as Beeah should be offering this service equally for the whole of Sharjah and all its residents without any discrimination.I am really shocked at this extremely poor level of service from Beeah.
