Wear That

Horrible. Everything goes right until it doesnt, then its a train wreck. I came in for a styling session and was hesitant about buying a pair of pants. My stylist reasured me, if not satisfied I could exchange. When I reached out to exchange the piece because indeed the pants were faulty, they then claimed this request needs to be 'reviewed and approved by customer service' and was under process. I havent heard a worde since and Its been about a month despite multiple follow ups with my stylist as well as customer service with nothing but the empty promise someone will get in touch (or total silence with no reply) and no one ever does. It goes to show, they're happy to take your money but couldnt care less once they have it. Whats worse, they still send me ads for placing an order for a new box when they still refuse to process my exchange. Its not even a refund (which they dont do btw) Absolute joke of a business and business model. This was a 700 dirham lesson learned. Never again.

Absolutely amazing experience. Was so lucky to have Rebecca as my stylist she continued sending me boxes each box was just fantastic and really spot on my style and fit. The convenience and experience was just fantastic. Thank you so much

It was such a great experience , I planned to make a gift for my mom and decided to bring her for a VIP styling session at WT office. We have been helped with everything so professionally. Our stylist was Chee. Highly recommend styling services from Wearthat.me. We had a lot of positive emotions, nice outfits, my mom is happy. Ideal place to bring your mom or girlfriend wife. Thanks to Ameera (the incredible stylist from WTN) I have discovered so many new fits that I never thought was possible for my pear shaped body. To top it off their delivery team is roadrunner fast for drop offs and returns making the entire experience efficient, easy and phenomenally fashionable.
