Team were not focused while doing the work. They made holes on my floor and are not accepting it is their fault when i showed the same holes on the bed frame. Due to this, bed board is damaged along with my flooring. There are dirty marks around the bed which the installation team shouldhave cleaned after installation. They were non stop talking while doing the job. They made lots of noise during assembly and was afraid they might damage my property and same thing happened. And then they made my house dirty before leaving. Unlike other company, they clean before leaving. Finally, they took my phone to put a forceful 5 star rating after all of this mishap... This is not acceptable for me and anyone would be in my shoe, it would not be acceptable for them also...

MK Kabbani surpassed my expectations in terms of products and service. Mustafa and Mohsin were key to a smooth and seamless delivery and very helpful. Sales manager mohamed has been exceptionally good in handling the delivery in time inspite of difficult hurdles. Anas is an excellent salesman who explained the pros and cons of each product clearly. On the whole it was a great experience.

Mustafa Mahmoud did a great job putting together the table with his colleague. They took some notes from me and helped address them. The table had minor scratches, but not visible. They put some polish on top to help with that. Thanks

The service was prompt and the sales person M. Sawy was a really helpful and patient person. He helped us by answering all our questions. Top class service. The installation was a lot hurried and didn't do a very good job, hence reducing it from 5 stars.
