A truly wonderful clinic! I loved their service and the care they gave my pet. And of course, it's not the first time I've dealt with their team; they are excellent, very experienced, courteous, and dedicated to the well-being of animals

Extremely terrible experience with this clinic. In my experience, this clinic showed very poor honesty, communication, and care. I brought my cat here because I was told surgery was necessary and trusted their advice. I paid around AED 5,000, expecting proper treatment for my cat. Later, I discovered that what was done did not match what I believed I was paying for. I became very concerned after seeing the invoice mention bandaging instead of surgery. When I asked for a clear explanation and proof, my questions were ignored and my messages were avoided. As a pet owner, this was heartbreaking and stressful. I felt misled, overcharged, and disrespected. Taking money from worried owners without clear transparency is unacceptable. I strongly advise people to ask for written proof, detailed reports, and full explanations before agreeing to treatment at this clinic. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place at all. very very bad experience just eating our money with our proper treatment

I bring my dog for full grooming, the place is very clean and neat and the tools are sanitizing. Good exeperience

Our fur babies needed an urgent place to stay for at least 3 days and Aloropi Vet Center just simply saved our stress and hassles. Thank you for your amazing team and for looking after our 3 fur babies. Till next time 😻

This vet clinic is charging double in everything. The grooming is not like before they did not even put shampoo it’s just literally water. I will never recommend & definitely not going back in this clinic. They don’t deserve even 1 star.

⚠️ Attention ⚠️ I want to leave a special review for this clinic. Please do NOT take your pets here. The Arabic receptionist (with big lashes) is a major scammer. She will try her best to trap you, quote very high charges, and even after offering a "discount," you’ll still end up paying an excessive amount.she will keep insisting you by emotionally blackmailing you that " haram its ur pet you should do this and that". She is in a hurry to take all ur money from you specially when they sense that a person is emotional for their pet. I took my bunny there because it had a fall. The doctor checked and said there was no fracture, yet they still insisted on doing an X-ray and charged me 450. After that, they told me my bunny needed to be hospitalized for 3 days for no valid reason, even though it clearly wasn’t necessary. I refused. Then they gave two injections and charged me 550, even though the same full bottle of those injections is available outside for around 25. I regret going to this clinic because the other clinic changed me only 240 for meds,vitamins,injections and consultation.They are so desperate to take ur money. They will force you to leave ur pet there and charge you so much and even after that they will keep charging you.The receptionist and the doctors are well trained in scaming people. Later, I took my bunny to another veterinary clinic and explained the entire situation. Every vet there confirmed that this clinic is a complete scam. Please be careful and you can clearly feel the scamming behavior and fishy behavior when u go there.
