For the last 2 years, the IDAMA COMPANY is a complete disaster. For a common area issue affecting my apartment frequently , we need to make multiple calls and to wait several days while it’s a matter of 10 min work or less . For the last 2 years I opened probably more than 50 cases with them because of FRESH AIR SUPLLY AND EXAUST FANS which should work nonstop, but they are regularly turned off for my apartment. The service is extremely bad while the tenants are pays huge amounts of money for the service charge

I must express our serious disappointment regarding the performance and conduct of your team at Indigo Tower, JLT. Our experience throughout this project has been extremely frustrating. The firefighting contractor appointed for the works appears to lack adequate supervision and coordination. Site personnel frequently arrive late, work schedules are inconsistent, and productivity on site has been a recurring concern. These issues have contributed to delays and unnecessary disruption to ongoing fit-out activities. In addition, there have been several instances where the team arrived on site without the necessary equipment to perform their work. On multiple occasions, our staff observed workers using ladders belonging to other fit-out contractors without obtaining prior permission. Such conduct is unacceptable and creates unnecessary conflict between contractors working within the tower. Attn: Team managing Indigo Tower - JLT and Accounts (Saqlain)

The worst experience you can have in Dubai, if you are owner or tenant in a residence, where IDAMA runs building management. My family and I were in a new building in Canalfront 1, where we suffered from false fire alerst 3-5x times per night! IDAMA staff kept telling us this would be "normal" and ignored our complaints for 3 months! We had no choice but to leave and move to another residence. If you are looking for a property in Dubai and you hear it is under IDAMA management, take another property.

Now managing JVC and very bad . Extremely bad company. Unprofessional cleaners.

This is for the soft services staff from Idama Facilities Management by the name of Vishnu, who is posted at DIFC Gate Village 6 & report ref#324 - commercial Tower at Business Bay. I would like to reach out and sincerely thank this individual who found my wallet and handed it over to the Security Dept. Idama Facilities should be proud of such staff. One of the worst maintenance company in UAE. They are managing Prime Business Centre in JVC and the supervisor of this building he is unnecessarily harrassing us to fix the issue in our office. Vinoth the supervisor is so rude to talk he really don't have manners to talk to a lady. I must say they literally don't know how to provide the services. One of the worst worst service providers. If I have an option to give zero or negative star I must have given.

The worst experience you can have with this company, I never recommend any company to work with them. I continually have a bad experience and I am wondering how Dubai properties still work with them...
