12 years living at Madison Residency, and this place has never felt more like home than it does since SG came along. A lot of that comes down to the people Julie and the whole team genuinely make you feel like you matter here, not just as a resident but as a person. What I appreciate most is how consistent everything is. The building is always clean, well maintained, and feels safe. But beyond the practicalities, I participated in Earth Hour this year, which was a first for me, and I loved how there’s a real sense of community here that’s grown over time. Neighbours actually know each other, events bring people together and that’s what makes it great!

I have lived at Madison Residency for about four years, and the quality of management has been consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Julie, Ann, and Prakash stand out for their outstanding service—they respond quickly, handle every request with care, and make sure even the smallest or most complex issues are resolved smoothly and efficiently. The property is maintained to a very high standard, with regular cleaning of the gym, corridors, and polished marble floors. Thoughtful initiatives such as health and dental checkups, along with seasonal and festive decorations, further reflect the management’s commitment to creating a welcoming and well-cared-for living environment. Overall, Madison Residency is exceptionally well maintained and genuinely feels like home.

From the moment I walk into my building, I’m welcomed with warm smiles at the reception " Julie, Ann and Prakash ", kindness that feels effortless, and a team that truly cares. The maintenance staff are always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. It’s those little things, done consistently, that make a place feel safe, calm, and truly like home. And then these Valentine’s touches… such thoughtful details that made the space feel even warmer and more special. Moments like these remind me how lucky I am to live somewhere that values people, not just walls. Grateful for this place and the people who make it what it is. ❤️

I had a wonderful experience living at Samana Hills and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live. The building offers excellent amenities, and the overall environment is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the outstanding staff. The entire team is always friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever needed. A special mention goes to Rocky, who is one of the most professional, kind, and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents and always does so with a positive attitude and genuine care. The security team also deserves recognition for being attentive, courteous, and supportive at all times, making residents feel safe and well looked after. A big thank you to the entire Samana Hills team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. Kudos to everyone for their hard work and dedication. We truly enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend Samana Hills to others.

Our guests constantly give us compliments about them and how warm their welcome is from the moment they arrive. They’re always ready to help, very patient, and genuinely kind. The team has demonstrated remarkable kindness, understanding, and flexibility in supporting me. Their willingness to go above and beyond to add value and assist whenever needed truly sets them apart. It is rare to find a management team so committed to creating a positive and seamless experience. A special appreciation goes to the entire team for their outstanding communication. Their responsiveness on WhatsApp has made accessing the building and resolving any matters incredibly easy and efficient, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to give a special mention to Melanie, the manager, who has been absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, support, and dedication, especially during a very challenging situation involving a difficult tenant and the eviction process. She has been nothing short of exceptional. She handled everything with care, expertise, and constant support, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. Overall, this is an incredible team that truly deserves recognition. Their commitment, professionalism, and human approach make a real difference.

Highly recommend Madison Residences! I'm here for a mid-term stay and the first impression has been fantastic. The reception team is very professional—specifically Julie, who went above and beyond to help me settle in.
