I have the most wonderful experience here. The booking was seamless, whatsapp assistance is very efficient. On the arrival, we were assisted well on the treatment we booked. The spa is very sanitary, smells good, well decorated, equipped and full of serenity. I truly love the services given by Lanisa and Ana. The 60minutes Balinese massage was divine. Both are very good, gentle, sensitive and professional masseuse. Jacuzzi experience for couple room was a rejuvenating experience. Site also is of great help. Overall, wellness and de stressing is achieved. Recommended spa service in Dubai.

Pampering session was beautiful. Very professional, didn’t rush any part, was listing to me, kind. The SPA is gorgeous, I was relaxing in a way I haven't been able to purely due to the environment, the staff care, and the little sky lights on the ceiling. One feedback: I booked the wrap+madero+hair , I would have liked more deep pressure which I stated on my consultation form. It was still beautiful. Highly recommending!

She was professional, attentive, and clearly very experienced. She took the time to understand where I was carrying tension and tailored the treatment accordingly.
