I had a very disappointing experience with Ascentia. Their work culture seems highly unorganized and unprofessional. It often felt like the team didn’t have a clear understanding of what they were doing, which led to confusion and poor execution. What’s even more frustrating is their lack of communication. Once payment was made, their responsiveness dropped significantly. Getting updates or even basic replies became a struggle, which is completely unacceptable for any professional service. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth the time or money. I would strongly advise anyone considering Ascentia to think twice before taking their services. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them at all.
