I visited the Dubai Mall branch today and had an outstanding experience. Ms. Sbelih Jaber provided exceptional service and resolved my issue within a very short time. Earlier this week, I visited the branch twice for the same problem but didn’t receive a proper solution. However, today Ms. Sbelih took the time to ask detailed questions to fully understand my needs. Once she clearly identified the issue, she explained the process thoroughly and resolved it within minutes. From my past experiences as well, whenever she is at the desk, the service is always swift, efficient, and requires no follow-up.
