HSBC Customer Service Centre Dubai Mall

I’ve had a great experience with this bank’s services. The staff ,Zeal Shah is very professional, patient, and genuinely helpful, making every interaction smooth and stress-free. Transactions are efficient. Overall, the service was efficient and well-organised, making what could have been an inconvenient situation completely stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the support and professionalism provided. and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Zeal was absolutely amazing. She is very professional, intelligent, and kind. After a disappointing experience at the Mall of the Emirates Service Center, I decided to visit the Dubai Mall Service Center instead. Fortunately, I was assisted by Soni, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to understand my concern about reopening my account and completed all the necessary paperwork right in front of me (something the agent at Mall of the Emirates had not done). True to his word, immediately after the long weekend, I received an email confirming that my account had been reactivated. I also sent Soni a follow-up email regarding my chequebook, and he responded promptly. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help turned what had been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.

Why i have a message saying they got my renewed card i didnt renew anything and I didn't use hsbc for a ling time why im still contacted and connected here. The agent who told me that's its automatically will close after a year. Its the time I wanted to close it after just received the card as my salary account but its been years so why still connected and I haven't renewed anything....

Very misleading experience with HSBC. I opened an account and made a deposit specifically because of a bonus promotion that was clearly advertised. After meeting the conditions, the bank simply refused to pay the bonus, claiming the program had "changed." This feels like classic bait-and-switch marketing. Extremely disappointing behavior from a major international bank.

I have visited the Dubai mall branch many times, it always been a smooth experience. And I want to highlight that Soni is the best, he is very patient, professional and always give the best advice and service. Thank you for having him
