We’ve done grooming session and consultation for our toy poodle and we are very satisfied. The clinic is neat and clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The vet doctor advised is clear and easy to understand. Clearly you can see that our fur babies are well taken care of. Highly recommended!!!

I took my male cat for castration last week. Even from the first call while booking i felt at ease and welcomed! And when i got there i noticed from the team and frequent visitors that their team is actually caring and that’s rare these days. I had a great experience with Rama at the liberty vet clinic’s ( Other branch of Pet yard clinic at Al jaddaf) even though my interaction was entirely over the phone. She was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the conversation. She answered all my queries clearly, guided me through the municipality registration process process, and ensured I had all the information I needed without feeling rushed. What really stood out was her friendly tone and willingness to help Rama made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. It’s not always easy to provide such excellent service over a call, but she truly did a wonderful job. Highly appreciate Rama's support and efficiency—thank you Rama for making the tag taking process for my pet so easy and super quick She arranged the tag within few hours which was totally unexpected and beyond my expectations She is a true asset to any organization

Really impressed with the quality of both the overall service as well as the expertise of the doctors too. Rama, the receptionist was extremely friendly & receptive - honestly couldn’t ask for any better service, thank you Rama. We will revisit again soon. Dr Fathi was exceptionally good & knowledgeable - quickly found out the actual problem with our pet while ensuring he addressed the root cause of it instead of just a quick fix, so well impressed with him too. Honestly believe this clinic is more like a pets care place instead of the usual veterinary clinic - will certainly visit again.
