The staff and doctors have been absolutely incredible in the treatment of my cat, Sushi. During her spay surgery and recovery, the doctors provided support by explaining the procedure and care she received, and patiently answers all of my questions. I feel confident leaving my beloved cat in their care. Added recently: also would like to extend our thanks to Dr Ivan Horacio who has an obvious love for cats and whom I will always trust with mine.

In my experience today at the clinic was very upsetting. We spent the entire morning there doing an ultrasound and a bile acid test. While shaving my dog’s stomach for the ultrasound, her skin was accidentally cut several times with the razor and it bled. For the bile acid test they had to take blood twice, and we stayed at the clinic for about three hours because of the testing process. Unfortunately, later in the evening we received a call saying that something in the laboratory had broken and our test results were lost. We were asked to come back again to repeat the blood test. After everything my dog has already been through, this was very stressful for her and extremely disappointing for us. I hope the clinic improves their processes so that other pet owners do not have to go through the same situation.

The clinic would benefit from additional customer service training for staff handling patient communications. At times, conversations through WhatsApp seem more focused on debating requests than facilitating solutions, which can create unnecessary delays. A more customer-focused approach would greatly improve the patient experience and communication process. Moreover, I needed a CT scan for my cat, and the clinic I was visiting did not have CT scan facilities. Since the clinic I chose was able to provide the imaging service, I requested the referral form required for my appointment. However, my request was declined and I was directed toward a different clinic instead. I found this frustrating, as I was simply trying to access a service that was not available at the original clinic and wanted the freedom to choose where my pet would receive further care.

I rescue cats and take all of them there! Huge kudos to Nurse Parnav, he is so gentle with the animals and always has such a positive and welcoming spirit – he was very happy to hear about one of the strays that got adopted- she stayed there for 7 days for her treatment! One of the stray Luna is still there [hopefully you’ll get her healthy soon as well] Have dealt with Dr Anjitha and Dr Ali – both are good doctors and dealt with the cat with kindness and patience And yes Cherry and Justine are really good as well!!

Dr. Rahul was very kind and helpful. Our cat was a rescue and severely anaemic and all around sickly, we adopted him after hospitalisation, but as the days went by his behaviour unfortunately worsened and had bitten my wife’s arm causing a wound. A very shocking experience. We decided to give him to a place that can care for him better than us but everywhere turned us down. Eventually I thought who better to go to than his original doctor, and Dr. Rahul really came through. He gave the best possible solution we could receive for our cat. Halib Zoro was the name of our cat, and his anaemia can cause lots of unpleasant situations, things like pica; eating his own litter for example. We decided it’d be best to release Halib after neutering into his original neighbourhood where we first found him, we’re still somewhat attached to him so we’ll definitely be visiting him from time to time to make sure he’s okay 🥲.

Super happy with their service. I met Dr. Rahul who helped me fix a bite on my stray boys leg. He gave an antibiotic injection & painkiller along with medicine for a week. My stray boys wound is healed nicely.

My dog, Falafel, passed away a few days ago. He used to go to DKC as his normal vet. They have been super good to him for 5 years. He passed away at Modern Vet, as he was taken there after hours, but Dr. Miles at DKC was the nicest, most compassionate vet I have ever encountered in my 5 years interacting with vets here. He 100% percent be trusted with your fur child.

Throughout this time, the staff maintained constant communication, providing compassionate updates and clearly outlining all available treatment options. While the clinic is at a higher price point than others, the medical expertise and the genuine affection shown to my pets justify it. I express my full gratitude and highest recommendation for any pet owner seeking the best possible care.

12 years ago we stepped foot into DKC as a last resort to help our rescue German Shepard who was suffering from severe epilepsy. Lucinda worked with us for over a year to get his medication right so he would stop having epileptic fits, and in the end it worked. The care, understanding and support was like no other. His life expectancy was 3-5 years max, he lived till 11. For both my rescue German Shepards, this was their first vet and their last. 12 years of compassion, empathy and support. We have dealt with almost all the doctors at the clinic, and not a single bad experience. I recently had to take my German Shepard there and had to make the very heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep. Dr Jacques was kind, compassionate and caring not just to us but my dog as well. He took the time to give her love and affection, keep her calm and explained everything step by step. He didn’t rush us or pressure us into anything, gave us space and allowed us as much time as we wanted/needed afterwards. The paw prints they make are so thoughtful and caring and when you go to collect it, aren’t just handed to you over the counter like it’s nothing, they take the time to come round to you, and place it in your hand with respect, showing compassion the whole time. I have always recommended this vet to anyone with animals. Thank you DKC for caring about the animals like they’re your babies too

Went in with our cat Maia, the clinic is an absolute Oasis for animal welfare. Great docter that calmed us, gave professional advice and did not try to push unnecessary products or services. We also bought this croissant, that ofcourse Maia refuses to use, so I put her in for the picture 🫣

Dr Veto is the best vet in Dubai. He is super knowledgeable, takes his time to explain, genuinely cares and doesn’t do unnecessary tests to make money. This practice is clean, has spa music and the receptionists are all amazing, especially Mak. She is an angel. You will not regret taking your pet here and recommend highly.

It really means a lot that they were able to handle him so well, especially since he tends to become aggressive during grooming, which has led to canceled appointments in the past. I also truly appreciate how closely they followed the haircut instructions. He looks amazing! He smelled so fresh and clean afterward, too. What stood out the most was Loki’s behavior when we got home. He was extra sweet, rolling around and clearly feeling comfortable, which says a lot about how positive the experience was for him. Loki is a rescue cat who spent a few years in a shelter before being adopted at 3, so grooming has always been a challenge for him. None of them hold a candle to Top Vet. The staff are genuine, professional, friendly, attentive, and give lots of updates. Dr. Lubna has been my vet and her approach is achingly clear: The animal first and customer is second. Extremely logical approach to diagnostics, with everything explained super clearly. Seriously, these people help animals and people so much, its to a fault. My cat had parvo, and they saved her. And made me feel very safe and comfortable about everything. She was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the conversation. She answered all my queries clearly, guided me through the municipality registration process process, and ensured I had all the information I needed without feeling rushed. What really stood out was her friendly tone and willingness to help Rama made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. It’s not always easy to provide such excellent service over a call, but she truly did a wonderful job. Really impressed with the quality of both the overall service as well as the expertise of the doctors too. Rama, the receptionist was extremely friendly & receptive – honestly couldn’t ask for any better service, thank you Rama. We will revisit again soon. Dr Fathi was exceptionally good & knowledgeable – quickly found out the actual problem with our pet while ensuring he addressed the root cause of it instead of just a quick fix, so well impressed with him too. Honestly believe this clinic is more like a pets care place instead of the usual veterinary clinic – will certainly visit again.

We took our pet rabbit to ABVC for a regular check up for the first time. She was treated with such care and comprehensively outlining her food in take to preventitive measures to safeguard her and deworming which we hadnt thought of. Most of all the passion and love expressed by Dr Razan to ensure the pet’s well being was most endearing. I would encourage pet owners to visit as the place is genuinely concerned about pets and has very qualified people. Other vet services are so commercially driven while ABVC is all heart. Some paperwork mistakes were made by both myself and the team, but the team was always so quick to correct these mistakes. Very poor experience with Dr. Razan. She was dismissive, unemotional, and lacked basic empathy during a stressful time for my rabbit. She provided questionable medical advice and was extremely rude when I asked for her professional opinion on the cause of my pet’s infection. Instead of helping, she blamed me. Most frustratingly, when I asked for a professional opinion on the source of the infection, I was told, «How would I know, you should tell me.» This dismissive attitude and lack of guidance are not what I expect from a veterinary professional. How i understand that medical management wasn’t what I expected was when i visited another vet expert in exotic animals same day. He advised home care with Long term oral antibiotics as its the Standard of care in Rabbits with Chronic and recurrent infections. Also that one of the medication applied on her (rabbit’s) back was apparently and supposedly to be given orally (Bravecta).

We’ve had an excellent experience here. Dr. Ahmed and his assistant Ashu were amazing with our new rescue kitten and acted so quickly during an emergency with our older cat. He is even available on WhatsApp for advice, which is a huge help. The front desk team is also great. Very fast and easy to schedule with.

The receptionists were very nice and accommodating. A few days ago, I placed an order and later realized that one of the items from my previous order was purchased by mistake. They called me promptly to confirm the delivery of my current order and also kindly offered to replace the mistaken item without any hassle. I commend Ms. Kim and Ms. Dionnie for being very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and support. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in a constructive way. I recently visited the clinic for my cat’s annual vaccination. The visit itself was smooth, but there was some confusion when it came to the billing. During the consultation, Dr. Jaffar recommended two products for my cat (for gingivitis and hair & coat) and mentioned he would give them to me. I asked if they were complimentary, and although he nodded, it wasn’t clearly explained that they would be charged. He also demonstrated how to use them, which made me assume they were included. I was therefore surprised to see both items added to my bill. I understand that nothing is free and I have no issue paying. However, I believe it’s important to clearly inform clients in advance, especially before opening or using any product. For example, when I asked about nail clipping, I was immediately told it would be chargeable, which I appreciated. I also felt that the interaction during billing could have been handled in a more professional and welcoming manner. I’m sharing this feedback with respect and good intention, hoping it helps improve communication and overall customer experience moving forward. Thank you.

My dog had her vaccine today with Dr. Sasa, and the whole experience was wonderful. The doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all very kind, gentle, and professional. They made sure my dog was comfortable and everything went smoothly. Truly appreciate the care and friendliness of the team!

I have used this vetinary clinic for many many years for all my dogs. And highly rate them for multiple reasons. 1. Knowledge of vets 2. Not over testing or prescribing 3. Long standing reputable. 3. 24hr care with on site vets and nurses with round the clock care for sick ones. So yes highly recommend

My pet was diagnosed with something literally uncurable. Did the vets here tell me that his prognosis is really poor? NO. Did they even attempt to warn me that it was going to be an uphill battle to keep him alive or give me a realistic idea of what was coming? NO. All this i learnt from google search and another, cheaper and humane small neighbourhood vet that I went to later – who pretty much told me there was nothing much they could do and sent me home with at least packs of feline hydration (when i told them he wasn’t eating), so he wouldn’t get dehydrated at least, and prepared me for the worst and didn’t even charge me for the shots they gave him. Instead of this fancy clinic which was interested in pushing more tests even though they must have known his case was hopeless, all with a wide smile on their faces like they are presenting on television. Anyone reading this, I recommend you find smaller, more humane vets in smaller, humble neighbourhoods who have real compassion for your pets

My dog had a torn cruciate ligament and underwent TPLO surgery with Dr. Ellie. She explained everything clearly, from the condition to the treatment and recovery, answered all my questions patiently and kept in touch to follow our dogs progress She is kind, professional, and followed up many times after the surgery to make sure my dog was recovering well. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend her.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived on time for a scheduled appointment and were left waiting 45 minutes with our 14-year-old dog in visible distress. The vet’s bedside manner was shockingly unprofessional, including inappropriate comments about my dog’s appearance and condition, which I found insensitive and unacceptable. The consultation itself felt rushed, lacking in compassion, practical guidance, and basic empathy. Sadly, this visit left me with very little confidence in the clinic’s standard of care. Dr. Monique was the one who attended my dog.
