HAVN Lifestyle Getaways

Such a dreamy stay, Every corner of this place is photo-worthy, from the room setup to the amazing balcony views. Having breakfast outside while looking out over the city was a highlight, and the view of the Burj Al Arab at night is unmatched. Definitely coming back!

We had a beautiful family stay here for Eid Al Adha, reuniting after 4 long years. The 3-bedroom apartment is fantastic! The location is great, and it has lovely views from the balconies in the living room and master bedroom. The furniture is new and comfortable, and the kitchen has all the necessary tools (oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker). Plus, the internet is very fast in every room. Every single detail was perfect. Thank you, HAVN, for a wonderful experience!🩷🩷

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location made it easy to get around, and the host provided clear instructions and excellent communication throughout. Would happily book again in the future.

Great holiday homes company, Very attentive to the details in the apartments they manage, Always clean, on time for any guest requests , decor's very nice and on point. No flaws whatsoever, prices are great too. One of my fav companies to deal with in dubai. Thanks havn

I spent 2 weeks at HAVN in Downtown Dubai and loved it. The location is great, really close to the shopping malls and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I just wanted to relax, and the staff made everything easy by being so helpful and welcoming. It made my first Dubai trip feel smooth and stress-free.

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. This is based on our personal experience Given the current market situation in Dubai, where rental prices have clearly decreased, it would have been reasonable to expect some level of flexibility. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all. We are a family with a child, and in situations like this, most professional agencies usually try to find a fair and reasonable solution. Here, however, there was no flexibility whatsoever. We were initially told that a reduced rate of 17,000 AED would be accepted. Based on that, we paid immediately in good faith. However, shortly after, this position was changed and we were asked to pay the full contractual amount instead. In addition, there were service issues during our stay – for example, gym access was not properly arranged for several weeks, and even after raising it, it was not resolved properly. Despite clearly expressing our willingness to extend the tenancy and find a fair, market-aligned solution, there was no solution-oriented communication at all. Overall, the experience fell short in terms of professionalism, transparency, and customer care. for a company called HAVN, the experience has been far from what one would describe as "heaven-like". There are many other agencies in Dubai handling such situations far more professionally.

Finally got to visit Dubai with my family, and it was amazing. Really glad we booked an apartment with HAVN. The Filipino staff were very helpful. They even let me borrow an adapter since Dubai has different outlets. Everything was smooth and comfortable.
