The head of cleaning staff Peter mis behaved with me just because my extension had a little delay of hardly 15 mins. He was not only rude he gave me warning to leave place with in 5 mins. He was getting personal with me. This was the most un professional thing i ever faced. How ever my booking was extended still i had to face all this. The room was good but behaviour of staff is so un professional.

I had a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, making everything smooth and easy. The unit on the Palm is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Dubai.

The Smart Concierge is a very nice place to stay in Dubai. The view is amazing and it’s really close to the marina and to the beach. I booked the apartment from booking and our host Sharief welcome us, showed us the room and the key app that is needed to lock the room. He was really nice and trustworthy. He also showed us how to order from the supermarket, in which they bring the staff to your room.

Amazing stay at Sunrise Bay, what a view! All of Dubai at your feet from 25 floors high. Apartment was in excellent condition with all amenities and close to major attractions. Will definitely book again!
