We recently brought our cats over to Dubai. This was without a doubt the most stressful part of moving to a new country as they have been with us since each was a kitten and are like family. The Sandy Paws team was extremely helpful in guiding us through the import process, the step by step movement of the cats (once they landed) and regular whatsapp updates with pictures. They took the time to engage us and understand each cat’s personalities to ease the handling process. The cats were delivered to our place within 4 hours in perfect health. The Sandy Paws team shared their live location from departure at the airport to our apartment. While we know this is a team process and everyone should be commended, singling out the team members we engaged with directly namely Joy Cimatu who was constantly sharing whatsapp updates and both pre and post procedural requirements for pets being brought into UAE and Renel Basco who handled the physical pet import on behalf of Sandy Paws with constant pictures and updates throughout the night (and the updates were extremely thorough). He delivered the cats to our place early morning and the updates shared provided us with much assurance that they were in capable hands. Thank you to both Joy and Renel and the entire Sandy Paws team for amazing work making our move to Dubai much easier. Tofu and Miso thank you too.

I would recommend Sandy paws for all the pet parents out there to have their fur babies relocated in UAE. Hi, I have two dogs who were in the United States, and I used Sandy Paws Relocation to bring them to Dubai. Their service was absolutely excellent. The team is very professional, kind, and highly skilled. My dogs were transported door-to-door, and everything was handled smoothly and with great care. They safely brought my dogs from the U.S. to Dubai without any stress. After delivery, they even sent me photos, which meant a lot to me. I have been visiting Petflix Vet Clinic for around 1 and a half years, and their service has always been very good. Last month, my dog Coco had an ear infection and was not feeling well, so we visited the clinic again. The doctors provided excellent treatment and care, and now she is completely fine and healthy. The staff are professional, caring, and supportive. Overall, their service is excellent. The only thing is that the fees and some additional charges are a little high. If they can improve that, it would be perfect. Highly recommended for pet owners.

Took my dog there yesterday for a hair cut I booked through book my pet for the same morning and then was informed that they were booked but they were still really nice and managed to let me come in and kept my dog until they had some time to give him his haircut. The best staff for that they saved me as I was already on my way and them being flexible like that really meant a lot to me. I appreciate that and the haircut came out so cute! Brought my puppy for his first vaccine and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the vet explained everything clearly before the procedure. The vaccination was done smoothly and quickly, and my puppy didn’t even seem too stressed. The clinic is clean and well-organized, which made me feel more comfortable as a first-time pet owner. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them for routine vaccinations.

A few days ago, I got a wonderful mini Goldendoodle puppy from Puppies Dubai, and I couldn’t be happier with both him and the service. I dealt with Peter, an amazing dog-loving person who not only took care of my special request but also quickly found the breed I wanted. He patiently answered all my questions (I was in contact with other companies at the same time but didn’t receive such responsive and caring service). Due to the negative reviews I had seen, I wanted to have the puppy checked at a vet clinic on the same day I picked him up. Peter immediately agreed and even accompanied me and my little Theo to the clinic I had chosen. The vet confirmed that the puppy is healthy. Theo is thriving in his new home, and I’m incredibly grateful to Peter for bringing my new lifelong friend. Many thanks to Puppies Dubai from both Theo and me. I highly recommend their service!

Is quite spacious and has a good selection of dogs, but there are plenty of dogs in the back of the store which you are not allowed to enter and see, and ofciruse you cannot see clearly from far behind. Prices are not disclose to the public, you need to ask for each specific dog to the store attendant. Only dogs available so I f you are looking for pure breed kitten this is not the place.

I can’t think DKC enough for the care they took of my little cat Luna. Luna boarded with DKC for several months whilst getting ready to move from Dubai to New Zealand. I was devastated to be away from her so long but DKC were amazing at sending photos and updates – even as the international situation deteriorated in the region – and I could tell from what they said that they both knew my pet really well and genuinely cared about her. I loved that Luna could play outdoors in the Catio and that she made both people and pet friends during her stay. DKC also oversaw Luna’s journey to New Zealand – the paperwork and rules for importing an animal to NZ is even more complicated than most other countries so I’m SO glad I had a professional and experienced team to do this on my behalf. When we moved to Dubai we actually used a different pet relocation company so I can say with experience that DKC are the best for communication and professionalism. Luna is now back with us and settled in SO quickly. Just like she as never apart from us. I can’t believe it! She arrived super healthy and well cared for…. maybe too well cared for as she now miaows very loudly the second she’s used her litter tray. We obviously don’t empty it as quick as John, Chase, Lindsay and all her other awesome friends at DKC! Thanks DKC for amazing service. Forever grateful 🙂

This is a lovely clean place and environment to pet and bond with different sizes and breeds of dogs especially for families who do not or cannot keep a pet at home but love dogs. Also to reinforce their decision to get a first time pet dog It also helps people bond with dogs and is a great experience for children who to want experience the company of a furry friend for the first time

It was a cute little cafe with an area for dog petting. They have allocated timings for big dogs and small dogs. Kids above 10 can pet all sizes of dogs while 3-10 can only pet the small dogs. They do have pup treats for a reasonable price. The staff if very vigilant and attentive to keep the place clean at all times.

Dogventure is amazing! My dog absolutely loves going there, and the staff are so loving and caring with all the dogs. It makes me really happy to see how excited she gets every time we arrive. Perfect service! For full door-to-door relocation from anywhere in the world, I recommend using them, as there is a lot of paperwork involved, and they can even get agent in origin country that would take care of everything from there.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They cancelled my pre-booked airport pet taxi at 1:30 AM for a 7:30 AM ride!! claiming «weather conditions» with no prior notice or proper planning. I had to chase them with multiple calls, and when I finally spoke to the owner, she was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I definitely was pissed off and stressed, and she said: «do whatever you want, it won’t get you anywhere» in such a stressful situation, when I had a flight and a pet to manage is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service at all. Now am stuck 2:00 am and flight to catch up with my pet soon and still can’t do anything about it as its too late to manage! Do yourself a favour and find better options.

Amazing experience ! I highly recommend. Bringing your dog to UAE is extremely complicated and stressful. Yallah pet was able to always reassure me and answers to all me questions and to support at any time. Thanks again for having made this experience smooth.

We love this place. I brought my dog Hera over here to socialize. She’s still 11 months and even though she’s big, she’s scared. The staff is taking such good care of her and keeps updating me and sending me pictures which is reassuring. They are patient, plays with her, watch after her. I know she’s in good hands and had a good day as she’s exhausted at night. Thank you team.

We are at ease when we leave our little pup in My buddy pet care. This is the third time we kept our pup while we were away.They have great facilities and care for everything you need for your pet. The team is extremely careful when it comes to your pet’s health and wellbeing. They give you updates every day with the pictures and videos. They will always seek your permission before they they take any action . You can trust them with your pet and that’s a huge relief when you are out of the country. From the reception to the groomer, each and everyone is attentive and you can see that they really care for your pet. Special mention to Mr.Nilan who took great care of peanut.He was there when we kept peanut for the first time at DIP branch. He is an amazing care taker to peanut. Peanut have had a great time with him and the team. Most importantly she was happy and healthy when we took her back. So thank you Nilan and the whole team for taking a good care of our peanut. I’ve been sending my dog to My Buddy Pet Care for the past 5 years. I adopted him from a shelter so he an anxious dog but he absolutely loves this place. I use them for boarding, day care, grooming and even use their transport service. I know he loves it there cause he jumps out of the car with excitement. The staff is so attentive and always let us know if he has any issues and sends us regular updates through the day. Highly recommend!

My cat came back looking clean, fresh, and very well groomed. The fur was soft and perfectly trimmed and brushed, the nails were trimmed neatly, and everything was done with great attention to detail. I have been sending my cats to Kittys Zone for Grooming for a long time now. They really care for the cats while grooming and I am totally confident and stressfree that my fur babies are in good hands. Their pricing is very reasonable too and the convenience of their pick and drop service is a life saver. Highly recommend Kittys Zone for your fur babies to be taken care off.

I contacted this pet care center via WhatsApp and received a response almost immediately—no waiting at all. Their service was fantastic: very responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful. Even though they don’t have parking, I messaged them when I arrived, and they came outside to pick up my cat. That saved me the hassle of finding parking and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Special shoutout to the reception team and Mr. RB for the outstanding service! Ive took my dog Milky for grooming and the final results was amazing, they cut his hair very nice and they are good dealing with pets, good service and lovely staff
