I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I was quite nervous at the beginning, but Dr. Shaloob and the team took the time to reassure me, calm me down, and make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Their compassion, patience, and dedication to patient care truly made a difference, and I am very grateful for the way I was treated. I would strongly recommend Dr. Muhamed Shaloob and his team to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and high-quality care.

My experience exceeded all expectations, especially considering that I have previously visited some of the most expensive clinics in Dubai. What truly stands out is the individual approach to each patient. Unlike many high-end clinics where consultations often feel rushed, like on a factory conveyor belt, Dr. Muhamed Shaloob, his nurse, and his team take the time to listen carefully, analyze all data, and develop a PERSONALISED treatment strategy. In the past, no doctor had ever clearly explained my Echo or Cardiogram results to me — but Dr. Muhamed Shaloob did so in detail, which made a significant difference in my understanding and confidence. This is now my #1 go-to clinic and doctor for Cardiology related. I highly recommend Dr. Muhamed Shaloob and would like to express my sincere appreciation to him, his nurse, and his entire team. P.S. I visited JTS Medical Centre and was assisted by nurse Sushma who was very attentive, kind and caring. I was then seen by Dr Muhamed Shaloob and not only was he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but his people skills are exceptional. Dr Shaloob is a brilliant cardiologist and I highly recommend him. Overall, very pleased with JTS Medical Centre.
