He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained every option clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible service. It is rare to meet someone who combines deep product knowledge with such a friendly and respectful attitude. His attention to detail, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Mohammad Salah is without a doubt one of the best customer service professionals I have ever dealt with. Today May 8 2026 Mr Hassan Shami and Mr Sharukh Khan gave my wife and I the best service we have ever had at a telecom store. It can be frustrating sometimes dealing with account problems, especially with business accounts, but these gentlemen really gave us amazing customer service. If I was the CEO of Du, these guys should get a promotion in the highest recognition. Anywhere where these guys go, they are an asset. My property was not properly set up to receive a fibre internet connection, which made it a difficult job for du to activate my package. Despite this, I had several visits from helpful technicians who worked hard to identify the issue, pull new cables, and install the connection. However, none of it would have been possible without the coordination and support of Hidayath at the Dubai Mall du store. He was in constant communication with me, arranging visits, keeping me updated on next steps, and even helping on his day off. I hugely appreciate his help and support. Du management, please give this legend a big fat bonus! One every happy customer here ⭐
