Great. Went for a notarial service. Everything done in just 30 minutes. The lady officer wasn't very polite. Didn't treat me as good as she treated other White Citizens. Felt bad about it as a Canadian Citizen. She doesn't want to help me at all. Just did what she has to , no talk, no respect. Not a problem since job was done. Security guards were helpful. Appointment needed to enter. Easy access, go to the building reception and get a visitor pass to access the Elevator. Floor 19. No electronic devices allowed past security.

super . I booked an appointment and one day before my appointment date ,I called the consulate and left a message. After two hours I got a call back . My questions were answered and I got precise instructions as what to do for my next day meeting. The lady was very polite and friendly . My issue was resolved the next day in less than 30 minutes.

I had a great experience while getting my paperwork done. Ameena was such a helpful, patient and supportive person. She helped me with the online payment through my mobile, carefully checked if my papers are complete and offered my sister a seat when she noticed that my sister was not feeling well. So professional and reflecting high standards and work ethic.

It is hard to believe I am writing a positive review for a service provided by the Canadian government but the Dubai Consulate's service is superb. Based on multiple interactions on various matters, I can say that they answer emails thoroughly and promptly, are super-professional and just plain outstanding to deal with. It is rare that a public entity rivals and even trumps the service of even the best of well-managed private companies but the Dubai Consulate of Canada stands out as an outlier and is a shining example of how a government office should be run. Kudos to them.
