1.Recommended to bring your Original Passport(please have copies also as you may need) 2. Have your e-citizen account credentials 3. Original certificates and copies of required services e. g Education, Birth, Travel etc depending on the service you are looking for. 4. Only card payment is accepted 5. Read or make enquiries and narrow down your issue precisely prior to visit. Ensure the information is upto date/current. 6. Early morning visits preferred.

It's the first time at Consulate office to request for facilitation of NOC and Cancellation of Passport for my dead brother. Every staff at Consulate are very friendly, welcoming and professional. Customer services are nice and staffs are friendly but they need to digitalize thier service the process of application is too long and documents take time to be approved some take even months.

I'm very grateful for the amazing, wonderful and yet professional service that I got. Asanteni sana! The team is kind and very helpful. From the receptionist, to the cashier and Mr. Macharia very humble and proffesional . Not forgetting the rest of the team who are very welcoming as well. They listened to me and they helped me out. Excellent services and accessible location

I was astonished to be welcomed just at my drop off point by a fellow Kenyan coming to seek service's as well as me. Hi, sasa 👋😊 umekuja for passport 😀me too then the remark that followed... "the services here are very good"..... Just what I wanted to hear. With no hesitation I met one on one with the team and I explained myself, and within no time, I was guided on the procedure and am here to say the same that the service's were good. Asanteni sana.
