Beauty Pets- The greens is a rearly nice pet shop with a great ambience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have premium collection both cats and dogs. All well organized and very clean. I also bought my dog in for grooming, and it was awesome! The staff did a great job, and my dog looked amazing afterward. Highly recommended!

This market is beautiful, and although the prices alternate it is still a place worth checking out, I’ll get into this in a bit. The area is well kept with some vans and food available incase you get hungry, but typically you wouldn’t stay for long periods of time as they provide mostly supplies for pets. The best part about the market is the bird food as you’ll find multiple stores selling different kinds of foods for different birds. The other supplies, such as cat litter and dog food is also sold at a good price, depending on which store you go to. I will say that the only problem with this place is that some shops keep the birds and cats together, which normally causes a disturbance as cats have sensitive ears and birds are loud. I have been going to this place for a year now and will say that they did have improvements in this factor and I hope that it continues growing.

Warsan Birds & Pet Market – Mixed Experience but Worth a Visit Visited the Warsan Birds & Pet Market recently and found it to be quite an interesting place for pet lovers. Some of the shops were very clean and well-maintained, showcasing healthy animals and tidy environments. However, others—especially those selling cats—had a noticeable odor, with a stronger smell of urine than expected. One of the highlights was discovering reptiles and snakes! It was fun and unexpected to find such a variety of animals beyond the usual pets. Overall, it’s a unique spot to explore, but cleanliness can vary from shop to shop, so it’s worth walking around and checking a few before making any decisions.

Visited Petholicks just to spend some time looking at the little cats and dogs, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. They have an amazing selection of these adorable little bundles of joy — honestly, you could spend the whole day there just being around them. What made the visit even better was the gentleman there. He was incredibly patient, extremely polite, and genuinely helpful throughout. That kind of warm and respectful service makes a big difference. If you’re looking for a pet, this is definitely a place you should not miss. A wonderful experience all around.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Petholicks for the beautiful kitten we got from them. My daughter had been looking for a female Siberian kitten for such a long time, and they had so many healthy and beautiful kittens to choose from. We ended up bringing one home and honestly couldn’t be happier. We had a great experience at petholics in Arjan, we went in and bought the 2 kittens easily and straightforward. As first time kittens owners they told us everything we needed to know. Passports were fine, contrary to what some of the reviews on here say. Set us up with an appointment at a vet to give them a quick check over and the greenlight to come home with us. The condition in the store was okay, I haven’t visited many pet stores, but I can’t imagine any of them are extremely luxurious. However, all of the animals seem to be looked after Well. Our cats are Four months old And loving their new home

The guys at Famous Flowers and Aquariums are truly great, very friendly, knowledgable and have a huge selection of fish and aquarium accessories. Without doubt one of the best if not THE BEST aquarium shops in the whole of the UAE. I just bought 60 beautiful Mbuna and Peacock fish from them and could not be happier. The fish were great quality and settled into my tank very nicely. Whether your beginner or expert fish keeper I highly recommend you visit The Famous Flowers and Aquarium shop you will not be disappointed. I switched to Furchild raw meals for my kitten and have never been happier. She was already a fussy eater but Furchild meals are now a favorite. Furchild has made her healthy and her coat has become shiny(see pic below after a happy meal😂). As a devoted pet parent to my gorgeous Saluki Mix, Mia, finding the right food was crucial and over the past five years, Furchild has been amazing for her health and happiness – five stars! Before Furchild, finding food Mia enjoyed and that suited her delicate digestion and energy was tough and Furchild solved both! Furchild’s quality is clear – real meat, veggies, no fillers and the variety is fantastic. Beyond taste, Mia’s coat is glossy, her energy is great, and tummy troubles are gone. Our vet always comments on how healthy she is. Their customer service is also outstanding – knowledgeable and caring and so genuine. While a bit pricier, Furchild is worth every dirham for Mia’s health and well-being. It’s an investment, not just food.

I did a lot of searching to try and find some good quality food in the pet stores but I was never 100% happy with what I found. So I turned to do some research into a raw food diet and found Furchild. Their customer service has been amazing, they have answered all my questions (and I had a LOT), they supported me taking it really slow when transitioning our rescue kitty onto their raw food diet and they offered amazing tips (which worked) when we hit a wall with one of the proteins. Our little girl is doing amazingly on her new diet, her coat is AMAZING and she has lots of energy to play. We’ve had no issues with her toileting through the transition, in fact it’s improved, especially her water intake. So far we’ve tried the freeze dried treats which she loves and also bone broth ice cubes, another BIG hit. The support from Chris has made the whole journey so smooth and we are so so happy with our choice. We look forward to trying our little girl on some new proteins when our next order arrives later today!!

I started feeding my dogs Furchild just over a month ago, and I honestly wish I had found them sooner! The difference in both of my dogs has been amazing. My 13-year-old girl Layla was struggling with movement and she gets tired easily on walks, but since switching her to Furchild, I’ve seen such a beautiful change in her energy, mobility, and overall happiness. She even gets excited at mealtime now, which is something I hadn’t seen in a long time. My younger dog Blanco, who’s 5 years old, has also been thriving. His energy levels are up, his digestion is better, and his coat is noticeably shinier and softer. He’s absolutely obsessed with the food and the treats especially the green lipped mussels and any of the necks. Honestly, the whole range is a hit with both of them. I can’t thank Furchild enough for the quality and care they put into their food and service. It’s made such a positive impact on both my dogs’ lives, and I feel so much better knowing I’m giving them the best nutrition possible. Highly, highly recommend!

Please don’t buy from here, the animals look sick and tired and malnourished, my partner owns bunnies and confronted the workers about the sick bunny and the messy, unclean, dirty cage they are sitting in their own filth. Bunnies should have access to hay 24/7 and not kept in cages and when we told them that they said they fed them already and they feed them once or twice a day bunnies should eat 24/7 not like cats and dogs they need fiber for their health and they refused to feed them saying we fed them already ontop of that the workers when confronted tried to divert the topic by staying silent or saying yeah sick sick where which bunny where sick then agreeing that the bunny is sick, as if they know but dont care. Ontop of that they have a vet in al barsha! The animals don’t seem like they are being taken care of properly at all. They are souls and living beings not trophies to be put in cages all day everyday! Please adopt animals and never buy from shops like this who profit from over breeding and not caring for them at all.

I’ve been constantly chasing your team and your Nad al Hamar branch for the past 9 days to arrange collection of the 32-inch travel crate that was recommended by your team specifically and clearly unsuitable for my 2 maltese dogs as suggested by Addy. The size of the crate was too big It’s quite disappointing that while taking payment was immediate, the after-sales service has been extremely poor. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no action, no collection, and no refund initiated. Completely ignoring a customer after a sale is unacceptable. I have clearly communicated that I was traveling soon, yet there has been zero urgency or accountability from your side. This kind of service reflects very poorly on your business. If this is not resolved immediately either by arranging pickup or processing my refund I will have no option but to escalate this matter and share my experience publicly and across all platforms INV_2026_03229

Pet zone is the best place to get all your pets’ needs – grooming, snacks, household items, toys. The grooming is also great, we’ve always gotten our Maltese-Shih Tzu dog groomed here ever since he was a puppy!! 11/10 would pet zone again 👍

Don’t order from this shop if you actually need your pet’s food on time. I placed an urgent order for the exact brand they advertise on their website, only to find out AFTER paying that it’s «not available because the supplier is on vacation.» So basically they’re advertising products they can’t even provide. Now my order is just sitting there pending indefinitely while I had to rush and buy somewhere else anyway. Completely irresponsible, especially when it comes to pet food. Meanwhile, Pet Shop actually advertises what’s in stock and handles orders professionally. Save yourself the stress and order from somewhere more reliable.

Absolutely terrible experience with Pet Corner Shop. They advertise items on their app that are supposedly «available,» take your payment immediately, and then suddenly tell you the item is out of stock after you’ve already paid. The worst part is that they don’t process the refund properly. It has been more than THREE WEEKS and I still haven’t received my money back. Customer service is basically nonexistent. No replies, no updates, no accountability. They completely ignore customers once they take the payment. This honestly feels extremely unprofessional and suspicious. Be very careful before ordering from this shop. If an item is not available, don’t list it and take people’s money. Keeping customers waiting for weeks with no response is unacceptable.

Me too a victim of Petcorner. Placed order for 2 pack of pet food out of which one pack was delivered and its day 10th no refund been made for the 2nd pack they failed to deliver. As per UAE consumer protection law , I filed a formal complaint as I can see in the review that I am not the 1st victim. It is not about the amount they hold which is not a big sum but the big question rise here that on what ground they display product when they dont have the stocks ? and most important question is that on what ground they sleep over customers money for weeks ? We went to the motor city branch, we asked the groomer to do a teddy bear cut for our puppy. The groomer ended up making it uneven all around his body and our dog was crying all through it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Probably the worst customer service. I always book with a specific groomer for mobile grooming. I called yesterday to make a booking with him, but they told me he was not available. So I scheduled the appointment for a day when he was available and made sure that he would be the one assigned to groom my dog. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. I called many times and also contacted them on WhatsApp. Each time I received a different response — at one point they told me the grooming was already finished, another time they said they would call me back. Finally, someone told me the appointment had been assigned to another groomer and that they were on their way. They arrived an hour late and it wasn’t the groomer I specifically booked with, so I canceled the appointment. The lack of professionalism in this whole process is unbelievable.

I like the store and services. But the online appointment snd booking is a pain. Too many banners and promo and add ons during booking and checkout. It would vebe better if it is straight forward without all these confusing banners. And goggle pay did not work !

They are truly the best pet grooming team I’ve found in Dubai, especially with their convenient home service. Gemma, in particular, deserves special mention as I affectionately call her the «cat whisperer.» It’s incredible how calm and well-behaved my cats are during their grooming sessions with her. Normally, they can be a bit squirmy and anxious, but somehow, Gemma creates an atmosphere of trust and relaxation. I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes—I’ve never seen my cats so at ease while being groomed! I’ve been using this pet shop’s mobile grooming service for my cat for a long time, trusting that she was in good hands. Unfortunately, my recent experience proved otherwise. During a routine vaccination and check-up, the veterinarian discovered that my cat’s nails were extremely overgrown — they had curled into a full circle and pierced into her skin. She had to go through painful removal of each nail, something that should never happen if grooming is done properly and with care. I am truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and attention. Allowing a cat’s nails to reach this condition is unacceptable and inhumane. Groomers are expected to check and trim nails as a basic part of care, especially when a customer relies on them regularly. I hope this review encourages the management to take animal welfare more seriously and improve their grooming standards so no other pet has to go through this.

A few days ago, I got a wonderful mini Goldendoodle puppy from Puppies Dubai, and I couldn’t be happier with both him and the service. I dealt with Peter, an amazing dog-loving person who not only took care of my special request but also quickly found the breed I wanted. He patiently answered all my questions (I was in contact with other companies at the same time but didn’t receive such responsive and caring service). Due to the negative reviews I had seen, I wanted to have the puppy checked at a vet clinic on the same day I picked him up. Peter immediately agreed and even accompanied me and my little Theo to the clinic I had chosen. The vet confirmed that the puppy is healthy. Theo is thriving in his new home, and I’m incredibly grateful to Peter for bringing my new lifelong friend. Many thanks to Puppies Dubai from both Theo and me. I highly recommend their service!

Is quite spacious and has a good selection of dogs, but there are plenty of dogs in the back of the store which you are not allowed to enter and see, and ofciruse you cannot see clearly from far behind. Prices are not disclose to the public, you need to ask for each specific dog to the store attendant. Only dogs available so I f you are looking for pure breed kitten this is not the place.

We just visited this place and we were amazed how the staffs were so professional and knowledgeable about their work. We brought our Lilo (British Shorthair Cat) to their shop to get him groomed and we were so impressed with the quality of their work. I’ve been using petspoiler for my Persian cat for some times now, and they never disappoint! The groomer is professional and knowledgeable about grooming techniques specific to different breeds. They also have a great of natural shampoos that leave my cat’s coat soft and shiny. Plus, they send me a cute picture of my cat after grooming, which is a nice touch. Martins has his way of making my cat happy and comfortable.👌

Avoid at all cost. Took 2 cats for a full groom. 1 cat was returned with half his whiskers trimmed on one side while the other cat had both bottom whiskers trimmed. Cats currently disoriented and not active. No proper groomer would ever trim a cats whiskers.

I had a great experience with the Petshop today. Cheng sold me an awesome cat tree for my cats, had it delivered within 2 hrs and even found my driving licence that fell out of my wallet. The cat tree is amazing and she saved me a big headache having to get the licence replaced. I highly recommend them to anyone who want quality items for their pets and a swift, conscientious service. They know how to look after their customers )

I had a disappointing experience. I requested the staff to reserve two food packs and confirmed that I would collect them on the same day. I was assured that the products were available. However, after traveling a long distance to the shop, I was informed that the items were sold out online. Customers should be informed in advance if items become out of stock. It is not reasonable to expect customers to visit the shop only to be told that the products are unavailable.

My trip to the pet store was fantastic! The customer service was excellent and the staff made me feel right at home. Dawood Shaikh was so helpful in finding me the perfect puppy and taking care of all the paperwork.

I ordered through the PetShop app. The cat food they delivered had an expiration date that was completely unreadable. I gave a small amount to my cat, and she wouldn’t touch it. I took a photo of the expiration date and checked it with ChatGPT, which said it expired in July 2023. I contacted customer service, and they insisted it actually expires in July 2026 (which I honestly doubt). They also said they can’t accept a return because the package was opened and it’s against their policy — yet apparently their policy allows selling expired products. Interesting. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues ordering from PetShop, but it will definitely be the last.
