We took our pet rabbit to ABVC for a regular check up for the first time. She was treated with such care and comprehensively outlining her food in take to preventitive measures to safeguard her and deworming which we hadnt thought of. Most of all the passion and love expressed by Dr Razan to ensure the pet's well being was most endearing. I would encourage pet owners to visit as the place is genuinely concerned about pets and has very qualified people. Other vet services are so commercially driven while ABVC is all heart. Thank you for such attentiveness for our beloved rabbit.

I used ABVC as my primary vet when I made the difficult decision to ship my dog to the United States. I was doing the paperwork myself without the help of a relocation service so it was a very stressful time. ABVC was always quick and flexible to assist me in scheduling appointments and filling out paperwork. Some paperwork mistakes were made by both myself and the team, but the team was always so quick to correct these mistakes. Dr. Alkassis was so kind and empathetic working with me during this difficult time and I will always be so grateful for her and her team.

They treated my pet with so much care and kindness, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The doctor explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. Very poor experience with Dr. Razan. She was dismissive, unemotional, and lacked basic empathy during a stressful time for my rabbit. She provided questionable medical advice and was extremely rude when I asked for her professional opinion on the cause of my pet's infection. Instead of helping, she blamed me. Most frustratingly, when I asked for a professional opinion on the source of the infection, I was told, "How would I know, you should tell me." This dismissive attitude and lack of guidance are not what I expect from a veterinary professional. How i understand that medical management wasn't what I expected was when i visited another vet expert in exotic animals same day. He advised home care with Long term oral antibiotics as its the Standard of care in Rabbits with Chronic and recurrent infections. Also that one of the medication applied on her (rabbit's) back was apparently and supposedly to be given orally (Bravecta).
