We’ve had an excellent experience here. Dr. Ahmed and his assistant Ashu were amazing with our new rescue kitten and acted so quickly during an emergency with our older cat. He is even available on WhatsApp for advice, which is a huge help. The front desk team is also great. Very fast and easy to schedule with.

The receptionists were very nice and accommodating. A few days ago, I placed an order and later realized that one of the items from my previous order was purchased by mistake. They called me promptly to confirm the delivery of my current order and also kindly offered to replace the mistaken item without any hassle. I commend Ms. Kim and Ms. Dionnie for being very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and support. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in a constructive way. I recently visited the clinic for my cat’s annual vaccination. The visit itself was smooth, but there was some confusion when it came to the billing. During the consultation, Dr. Jaffar recommended two products for my cat (for gingivitis and hair & coat) and mentioned he would give them to me. I asked if they were complimentary, and although he nodded, it wasn’t clearly explained that they would be charged. He also demonstrated how to use them, which made me assume they were included. I was therefore surprised to see both items added to my bill. I understand that nothing is free and I have no issue paying. However, I believe it’s important to clearly inform clients in advance, especially before opening or using any product. For example, when I asked about nail clipping, I was immediately told it would be chargeable, which I appreciated. I also felt that the interaction during billing could have been handled in a more professional and welcoming manner. I’m sharing this feedback with respect and good intention, hoping it helps improve communication and overall customer experience moving forward. Thank you.

My dog had her vaccine today with Dr. Sasa, and the whole experience was wonderful. The doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all very kind, gentle, and professional. They made sure my dog was comfortable and everything went smoothly. Truly appreciate the care and friendliness of the team!
