They've been with us through her Parvo recovery, ongoing gastro issues, and every unexpected bump that's come up along the way and there have been quite a few. Each time, we've felt completely safe knowing we were in the right hands. We feel incredibly lucky to have Dr. Jan as our vet. He is kind, calm, and wonderful with our two large dogs and our cat. Handling big dogs isn’t always easy, but he does it with confidence and genuine care. He is also very responsive and always quick to get back to us, which gives great peace of mind. Most importantly, he consistently makes the right diagnosis and explains everything clearly. We trust him completely — and that means everything to us. Dr. Rachelle was honestly one of the kindest and most caring vets I’ve ever met. From the moment we walked in, she treated Moshmosh with so much patience, gentleness, and genuine love, as if he was her own. You can immediately tell she truly cares about animals, not just medically, but emotionally too. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel reassured throughout, and handled Moshmosh so calmly and compassionately. As a pet owner, that level of care means everything. During this very difficult time, the veterinary team handled the situation with professionalism and compassion. Coco stayed under veterinary care for several days, and thanks to their prompt treatment and attention, he was eventually able to recover and walk again.
