Dr Veto is the best vet in Dubai. He is super knowledgeable, takes his time to explain, genuinely cares and doesn’t do unnecessary tests to make money. This practice is clean, has spa music and the receptionists are all amazing, especially Mak. She is an angel. You will not regret taking your pet here and recommend highly.

Our first time with this clinic. Im impressed. You cant fault them, from customer service over the phone up to face to face visit. Plus the doctor that explains everything. We got a chance to meet Dr. Vito as well, very accomodating and friendly. The place is giving "positive vibe". Thank you Vets & Pets. Highly recommended given the service that they offer, the price is very sensible.

The best vet clinic in Dubai! When we adopted our first cat, Mikel, I researched many veterinary clinics in Dubai. This was the only clinic that responded quickly and thoroughly to my inquiry. It was also the only place where I genuinely felt warmth and care in their reply- it was clear they truly care about animals. The ladies at the front desk are absolute stars! They are always so helpful, replying to my many questions, checking with the doctors whenever needed, and consistently going above and beyond. Thank you for that! ❤️ Of course, the doctors are amazing as well. I was specifically looking for a clinic with a wide range of specialists, and this one has exactly that. They all have many years of experience and expertise in different fields. Our doctor, Dr. Eveline, is incredibly thorough, which always gives me peace of mind. I trust her completely. Last but not least, the vet techs are fantastic! The way they care for our boys and keep them calm and steady when needed is truly unmatched. ❤️🐈

Vets & Pets saved my cat from respiratory distress with utmost professionalism, care & kindness. Fantastic clinic with amazing veterinarians who deeply care about animals. My cat got sick sigh bronco-pneumonia and stayed 5 days at the clinic with 24/7 support, they sent me videos and updates twice a day, which was very reassuring. Particularly grateful to Dc Vito and Valerie who looked after my cat and were very generous to us. I highly recommend this clinic ! And a warm thank you to Mak and all the staff 🙏🏼💙

For our large pet family, we choose Vets & Pets as we appreciate the care, genuine interest and time always available for us. From the oldest to the youngest, they all love the staff and they are always made to feel special. I can honestly say that I have no issue entrusting my pets to this practice .

Dr Vito & all team have been very helpful by providing a very smooth experience for our dog. Dr Vito really knows how to communicate with dogs to make sure they are comfortable, makes everything look easy such as annual vaccination, blood test and all! He also shares many useful information with patience. I strongly recommend this beautiful clinic!

The clinic has a nice, calm environment that made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everyone was very caring, patient, and gentle. Dr. Laura has been professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout our check‑up. She treated each of us with genuine care and explained everything clearly to our humans. The staff made us feel at home, we left feeling safe, respected, and well looked after.
